A complete inquiry helps the engineering and sales teams confirm manufacturability, inspection and delivery before quotation. Please include the application, material standard and grade, outside diameter, wall thickness or inside diameter, length, tolerances, quantity and required delivery date. If the component will be machined, bent, welded, plated or heat treated, attach the finished drawing and describe those downstream operations.
For custom profiles, identify critical datums, radii, wall requirements, straightness and twist. For fluid or pressure service, provide the medium and design conditions together with the governing project specification. State any non-destructive testing, certificate, marking, packing or third-party inspection requirements in the initial request so they can be included in the production plan.
Attach drawings in PDF and, when available, a 3D format. Tenjan can review standard tubes, custom cold-drawn sections, sample quantities and repeat production.
