Structure & Working Principle

 

The system’s effectiveness lies in its simple yet robust design, which consists of three key components: the High-Strength Steel Sleeve, Internal Threads, and Radial Locking Bolts.

 

The connection process is a simple three-step operation:

 

  Step 1: Screw the coupler onto the pre-threaded end of one rebar.

 

  Step 2: Insert the second rebar into the other end of the coupler.

 

  Step 3: Tighten the external locking bolts with a standard wrench to complete the connection.
